This was technically our first cruise. Leigh was phenomenal in guiding us through the process and helping us understand all the packages, etc.  She was available to answer all our question and timely in sending reminders. She was organized in scheduling appointment and never made me feel like she didn't have time for us.  The tips and tricks she provided helped us to look like pros at cruising. I look forward to working with her again.

Leigh was very helpful when we started thinking about our Colors of New England Tour.  She was very thorough with questions that we hadn't thought about.  Collette was a great company to go with.  We had talked with some people that were with a different tour company and had used Collette before, they said they liked Collette better.  The Tour Manager was awesome!!  Bus driver was great as well!!  The Hotel's were very nice, one need some update (but read some reviews that had mentioned that).  Tours were great!!  The leaves were just starting to turn colors, so we were a little early on that.  It was still a nice trip!!  We would definitely use Collette again.

Leigh has been such a wonderful person to work with . She has helped us with two bucket list trips and because of all her hard work these trips far exceeded our expectations! She handled all the arrangements and put out the fires that inevitably came up. I have referred her to many friends and family members. She goes above and beyond to make sure our vacation is everything we want it to be!

Best travel agent I’ve ever used! Even when you’re planning a trip without booking through her, she’s always willing to offer advice, answer questions, and help however she can. Recently we went to turks and saw a resort that looked amazing online but she talked me out of it and seeing it in person it was the right decision.
