Our trip to Ireland was fantastic and so memorable! Michelle created the perfect itinerary, with just the right amount of activities to keep our boys engaged while still making the trip enjoyable for us as parents. From sleeping in a castle and trying Gaelic Games to exploring the beautiful Irish countryside, every stop felt thoughtfully planned. Most special of all was visiting our family’s roots in County Mayo. Our boys’ first trip to Europe was more than a success, and we’re so grateful to Michelle for helping make it unforgettable.

Thank you so much for taking care of everything, we had a fantastic time!!! Everything was amazing, the views were incredible and the Royal Caribbean staff were all so kind and welcoming. Bermuda was gorgeous,  and we didn't have any hiccups or issues.

Michelle was awesome! This is the second time I've utilized her skills and this one was for a cruise in the mediterranean. Her communication style is great both with email text and phone she can't do enough for you when you ask questions or when she needs to provide information. She does everything in her power to meet your needs and exceed them! I would use her again,  in fact I intend using her again going on my next trip wherever that might be.

Michelle is awesome.  She was as excited as I was to book my Norwegian Fjords cruise. She clearly outlined all my options, did research and helped me make the decisions right for me.  We had some flight and port issues during the trip and Michelle provided real time assistance and helped us sort out travel insurance coverages.  Michelle went out of her way to find us transfers and hotels in London prior to and after the trip.  The communications before the trip were fantastic and provided us all kinds of helpful tips.  - who knew mobile passport was such a time saver!!!!  I would 1000% recommend Michelle for any travel planning and I know I’ll be returning to her for our next adventure.

Everything was seamless from start to finish, and we all had a fabulous time enjoying the beautiful resort and making unforgettable memories together. There was so much to do at the resort — we tried to experience as much as we could, from the activities to the entertainment. The concierge was incredibly helpful in securing dinner reservations for our entire group, which made everything even more enjoyable and stress-free. We also truly appreciated the thoughtful welcome fruit tray you sent to our room — such a kind touch that made us feel extra special. I can't thank or praise Michelle enough. This was the first time we took our boys to Disney World (ages 11 and 7), and to say I was terrified and dreading this trip would be an understatement. I was so worried about the crowds, long lines, waiting for meals, transportation, and navigating the various parks and their apps. It seemed like a paralyzing, expensive, logistical nightmare. Did I mention I was terrified? ;)  

Michelle planned our trip with ease, grace, and patience. She met with me numerous times to review our options and answered every question and concern I had (and I know I asked the same questions a lot). She arranged our transportation to and from the airport and our hotels, helped me book various meal reservations and Lightning Lane options, and even switched things around based on her knowledge and experience so that we could enjoy the trip at a slow pace without feeling rushed.  

My older son has some sensory issues, and I knew we couldn't be at the parks for 10-12 hours a day. We needed downtime to go back to the hotels and swim and chill in the middle of each day. Michelle picked the perfect location for us (Caribbean Beach Resort), which was centrally located and made it easy to pop back and forth. Even the bus stop was practically just outside our door—a game-changer for all of us, especially since my husband's ankle is a mess and the reduction in walking distance was crucial.  

She guided us perfectly on which parks to attend on which days, which rides to hit first, and which Lightning Lanes to purchase. Our experience was absolutely incredible. I will be recommending Michelle to anyone who will listen!

Had the most stress free, relaxing and enjoyable Disney vacation thanks to Michelle’s excellent planning. We were able to do everything on our Disney wishlist, from rides to dinner reservations. All the tips she gave us - where to stand for the best views of the fireworks, good places to stop for lunch along our route -took the guesswork out of everything. We loved our trip to Sandals Royal  Bahamian! The food was overall really good, the resort was perfect in  size for us with enough to do at night, loved the pools. So happy we did  an all-inclusive. It's just so easy to have everything on resort and  walk around with food and drinks and hang out where you please without  feeling like you need to buy a drink or food to sit and hang out in any  certain place. Thank you for suggesting this resort and helping us plan  the vacation I envisioned!

Really unique  vacation. The resort pool was gorgeous and the eco parks were fantastic!  Great for an active family. Michelle made all the reservations for us  and the trip went very smoothly.

Michelle was a  wealth of knowledge when planning our honeymoon and extremely friendly.  She was extremely helpful when 1 day before flying I found that I was  unable to check in on the airline app because somewhere my birth date  had been entered incorrectly. While she wasn't able to get it changed  prior to our arrival she confirmed it would be an easy change when  checking in person.

Everything was  perfect and exactly how you described it! The location of the Hilton was  awesome - don’t think I’d stay anywhere else (except maybe the Sand  Pearl) if we went again. Although it was Spring Break time, I did not  feel that it was overly crowded (and the Jolly Trolley is free during  Spring Break so that was a bonus!) The grouper was amazing, regardless  of where we had it.

Great trip exactly what we wanted beach all day not crowded at all place was great. Thanks again so much.
