Tiffany was the only person we have used to book a trip, but she was so professional and so up on things we wanted to do in Disney. She made all of our reservations for lunch & dinner as well reservations for things we wanted to do like a carriage ride at our resort. If we had questions she answered them quickly & was very nice. She listens, provides great vacation options, stream lines the process by ensuring all necessary documents are provided on the Tern App, and provides helpful information via emails several weeks before our vacation began. When our flight landed in Cancun, we needed help ensuring we got the correct transportation company, so we phoned Tiffany and within 2 minutes she had the information. She is so responsive! On our way home from our amazing vacation in Mexico, our flight was canceled, and Tiffany was able to help guide my husband to help our family book a hotel. HIGHLY recommend Tiffany!!
