I hope you're all staying home and staying safe! Even though travel is paused right now, I'm all about bringing my favorite destinations home with me and finding ways to experience them while I'm not traveling. For those of us missing a visit to our favorite theme parks, there are several ways to bring the magic into your home!
Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort

Both Disney Theme Park resorts in the United States are closed until further notice, but just because we can't be there now doesn't mean we can't feel the magic! Here are some ways to experience Walt Disney World or Disneyland from home.
YouTube is full of videos of Disney theme park attractions (many are offered in high-quality 4K). You can check out several here, find 360-degree videos of attractions here, or check out a video of my favorite Walt Disney World show here. Disneyland Resort even released a video of their new parade, Magic Happens, for guests to enjoy.
Search for Disney Parks music on Spotify or Apple Music, check out a YouTube playlist, or visit DParkRadio.
Learn to draw Disney characters: There's a whole playlist available that shows you how to draw a variety of Disney characters!
Make some of your favorite Disney treats at home!
Get a behind-the-scenes look at how the Disney Parks were built, developed, and changed over time with The Imagineering Story on Disney+.
Have a Disney movie marathon! Many classic Disney films are well represented in the theme parks, so you can get that extra dose of magic by re-watching your favorites or trying out something new.
Universal Orlando Resort

If you're also missing a visit to Universal Orlando Resort, there are plenty of ways to bring the adventure of the movies and the magic of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter home with you!
You can find some cool 360-degree ride videos of some of Universal Orlando's coasters!
Or have a virtual viewing of some of Universal's shows!
Need your Wizarding World of Harry Potter fix? Take a virtual tour and enjoy the sights and sounds of Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade!
You can also bring some Universal Orlando theme park music into your house with playlists of parks music.
Sample some Butterbeer or Pumpkin Juice from home while you enjoy your virtual Universal Orlando adventure.
Universal Studios began as a working studio, and it still is, often filming television shows and movies on its backlots and sound stages, or even in its theme parks! Nearly all of the attractions in Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are based on popular films, so you can bring the parks into your home with a movie marathon. From Jurassic Park and Jurassic World, to Men in Black, to the Mummy, to E.T., to all 8 Harry Potter films, there's plenty to fill a Universal Orlando-themed movie marathon. You can check out my top picks here!
