We start with a phone conversation. This is the most important step. I gather details like:

Cities and/or countries you want to visit
Budget (this is imperative — it guides every recommendation)
Travel dates or overall time frame
Activities you care most about (culture, food, history, scenery, tours vs. free time)
Hotel preferences (location, style, comfort level)

Then I curate your itinerary.Using everything you share, I design a thoughtful, realistic itinerary that flows well and matches your travel style. I include a total cost, so you have a clear picture of the investment before moving forward.
