Why Sandals Saint Vincent Is My New Favorite Resort (And Might Be Yours, Too)

I recently returned from a training trip to the newest Sandals resort—Sandals Saint Vincent, and let me just say: it’s not just another pretty view.
Don’t get me wrong—the views are incredible. Lush green mountains rise all around the property, and the water is the perfect shade of turquoise. But there was something else.
This resort felt like a warm hug.
From the moment I arrived, the entire atmosphere was peaceful and grounding. The constant breeze off the water, the friendly staff, the soft sounds of the waves—it was as if the island itself was inviting me to breathe.
A Place That Adapts to You
Whether you’re a honeymooner looking for privacy and pampering, or a seasoned traveler ready to dive (literally) into the activities, Saint Vincent has you covered.
While I was there, I saw:
Honeymooners soaking up every romantic detail
Longtime Sandals fans celebrating milestone anniversaries
Adventurers heading off to snorkel, scuba dive, kayak, and even play pickleball
Travelers simply enjoying a good book (or nap!) on their oceanfront balcony
Fun fact: Stephen Baldwin celebrated his 35th wedding anniversary at the resort the days before I arrived. Celebs—they reset too!
My Favorite Moment? Kayaking to a Bat Cave
Yes—there’s a bat cave. No—we didn’t go in. But paddling along the shoreline to the cave’s edge was peaceful, beautiful, and totally unexpected. One of those “I’ll remember this forever” kind of moments.
Rain Showers and Reset Moments
One of the most unexpectedly magical parts of this trip was the rain. Each day brought a brief, light rain shower—and instead of rushing for cover, I just… paused.
I listened to the rain from the balcony, let the breeze wash over me, and took in the scent of fresh air and flowers afterward. It was one of those simple, grounding moments that reminded me why I do what I do: to help people slow down, breathe, and feel like themselves again.
So Who Is This Resort For?
Couples who love adventure
People who want to try everything from tennis to kayaking to spa days
Travelers who love options—but also value a peaceful, crowd-free vibe
Anyone who needs a vacation that feels like a warm hug and a deep breath
And Who Might Not Love It?
People who want to plan every minute of every day
Travelers allergic to mountain views or… naps
Anyone hoping for a DIY experience (this place is full-service, all the way)
Ready to Explore It Yourself?
I’ve seen it. I’ve felt it. And I’d love to help you experience it, too.
Adventure is out there!
