What made you fall in love with travel?

It really started with a love for travel and planning. After organizing countless vacations for my own family, I realized how much joy it brought me-not just the trips themselves, but the research, the details, and the excitement of creating something special. Over time, I found myself sharing tips and advice with friends, answering their questions, and genuinely loving every second of it. I’ve always had a passion for learning and experiencing the world, and becoming a travel agent was the natural next step. It allows me to help others make memories, explore new places, and feel confident in their travel plans-and that’s incredibly rewarding.

What's the biggest mistake you see travelers make?

One of the biggest mistakes I see is waiting too long to plan the trip. Whether it’s booking flights, choosing a resort, or arranging activities—last minute planning can lead to limited options, higher prices, and unnecessary stress. Planning ahead gives you the best chance at getting exactly what you want.

What is one destination you think everyone should see in their life?

I truly think everyone should experience an all-inclusive vacation at least once. There is just something special about arriving at the resort and knowing everything is taken care of meals, activities, even relaxation. It allows you to truly unwind and be present with your family without constantly thinking about the next plan or expense. An all-inclusive trip is the kind of getaway that feels like a true break.

What's one item you can't imagine traveling without?

The one item I can’t imagine traveling without is my external phone battery. Not because I need it to pass time and scroll social media, but because my phone is my camera. I love capturing these memories with my family so I need to have a way to charge my phone.

What's your idea of the perfect vacation?

My perfect vacation? It’s one where I’m not thinking about what’s for dinner, drinks are being brought to my chair, and I can hear the sound of the ocean in the background. Even better—my kids are off having the time of their lives, completely entertained, and I didn’t have to say “Go find something to do!” It’s a beautiful mix of relaxation and fun for the whole family.

What's the #1 thing you wish more people knew about planning a trip?

I wish more people knew how truly worthwhile it is to actually take the trip, don’t just talk about it. So many people spend years saying, “We should go there someday,” and before they know it, life gets busy and opportunity slips by. Travel creates memories that last a lifetime, brings families closer, and gives you stories you’ll tell for years.
